Frequently Asked Questions
How do I prevent soot when melting wax with a tealight?
Use a clean-burning tealight and hold the spoon slightly above the flame to avoid contact. Stir gently and remove from heat as soon as wax is fully liquid. Our wax blends are optimized for low soot.
What size stamp head should I choose?
25mm is the most versatile size for invitations and notes. Larger motifs suit gift wrap; smaller sizes are ideal for tags or multi-seal designs.
How many beads do I need per seal?
Typically 3–4 beads per 25mm seal. For marbling two colors, use 2 beads of your base and 1–2 beads of the accent color.
Can I reuse seals?
Yes. Make seals on a silicone mat, then attach them later using our adhesive discs. This helps avoid heat near delicate envelopes.
Do you offer custom monograms?
Yes, our monogram stamp heads cover A–Z. For special artwork, contact us with your vector file for a quote.
Is international shipping available?
We ship to many countries with tracking. Duties or taxes may apply depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Unopened consumables and unused tools may be returned within 30 days. Custom items are final sale unless defective.
How do I get consistent impressions?
Pre-warm the stamp head on the spoon handle for a few seconds, pour steadily, then press firmly and wait 10–12 seconds before lifting straight up.
